Exchange policy

1. Customer will not bear the cost of shipping if the size has to be exchanged.

2. Customer will not bear the cost of shipping if the sold products are to be exchanged with a different product of the same or higher value.

3. Customer will bear the cost of shipping if the exchange is happening for the second time. Company will only bear it for one time exchange.

4. Sold products will be exchanged with a different product of the same or higher value. The customer needs to notify us within 24 hours of delivery. After we receive your product, you will get your exchanged product within 7 working days.

5. Kindly do not accept delivery of any item whose outer packaging is damaged or tampered with in any manner.

6. We are unable to replace the damaged / defective product if not notified within 24 hours of delivery.

7. We are unable to replace the damaged / defective product if the tag is not attached to the dress.

8. Customer has to inform us on WhatsApp / e-mail if they are sending back our product via courier for exchange with a different product.

How to exchange your product

2. You will receive an email with a shipping label.

3. Tape your package securely. Make sure to remove or cover the original shipping label and attach your new return label to the package.

4. If you self-ship your returns, please carefully pack the items securely to intercept any loss or damage during transit. For all self-shipped couriers, we recommend you use an authentic courier service.

5. After we receive your product, you will get your product within 7 working days.
