Return & Exchange Conditions
Due to the unique nature of each Semya by Shivani creation, each outfit ordered is crafted with care according to the measurements provided. Fashion evolves, and so does our commitment to delivering pieces that fit perfectly.
- Defective or Incorrect Items: Returns and exchanges are only accepted if the outfit is defective or if the wrong size was sent from our end. In such cases, you may contact us within 7 days from the delivery date, and allow an additional 5-7 days for the returned product(s) to reach us.
Reverse Pick-Up & Fees
- We offer reverse pick-up services. A single reverse shipment fee of Rs.150 per order will be deducted at the time of refund, regardless of the number of items in the order.
Refund Process
- For COD Orders: Store credit will be issued within 1-2 working days after the return pickup. This credit will be sent to your registered email address or contact number and can be used at any time.
- For Prepaid Orders: Refunds are processed back to your bank account within 3-5 business days once the return is processed. Please note that refunds/bank transfers are only applicable to prepaid orders or online payments made on our website.
Important: Please return your product(s) in the original condition as shipped. Items returned in poor condition or with signs of wear will not be eligible for a refund.
Additional Information
- Non-Refundable Shipping Charges: Shipping fees are non-refundable.
- Cancellations: Cancellations can only be made before the order has been dispatched from our warehouse.
